The agreement between you and Polaisar. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
Last updated 4 September 2026
Use Polaisar as a calm daily habit. Do not resell it or break it. It is not medical care. You can leave whenever you want and take your writing with you. Everything below says the same thing in more detail.
By creating an account you accept these terms. This agreement is between you and Arkadiusz Sobol, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Polaisar. You can reach us at polaisar@proton.me. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
You must be at least sixteen years old to hold an account.
This is the most important section on the page. Polaisar offers guided audio and space to reflect in writing. It is not therapy, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional help of any kind.
Nothing in the app diagnoses or treats anything. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, speak to a doctor or a qualified professional. In an emergency in the United Kingdom, call 999 or NHS 111.
Do not listen to a session while driving, operating machinery or doing anything else that needs your attention. Several sessions are designed to make you drowsy.
The free plan gives you six sessions, the full Inner Direction program, three journal entries and mood and streak tracking. It stays free and we do not put a time limit on it.
Premium opens all twenty sessions, all three programs, unlimited journal entries and your full history. It costs four pounds ninety-nine per month, or forty-nine pounds ninety-nine per year, which saves nine pounds eighty-nine over twelve months.
Card payments are not switched on yet, so nobody is being charged anything at the moment. When they launch, the terms below will apply to them.
The audio, the written content, the design and the code belong to Polaisar. Your Premium subscription is a personal licence to listen and read while it lasts, not a transfer of ownership.
Your journal entries and your notes belong to you. We hold them only in order to show them back to you, and we do not claim any right to publish or reuse them.
We aim to keep Polaisar running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance happens, providers have outages, and things occasionally break. Where a paid subscription is affected by a long failure on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
We may add, change or retire individual sessions and features. If we remove something significant from the paid plan we will say so in advance.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can delete your account at any time by writing to polaisar@proton.me. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and where a change matters to you we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Polaisar after that means you accept the new version.
